Van Gogh Evening Twilight Ochre Cotton Sateen Quilt Cover Set

This print was based on the painting Landscape at Twilight. Van Gogh painted this twilight landscape in the fields near Auvers, with a view of the local castle. He painted the pear trees in the foreground using a flurry of black brushstrokes, thereby intensifying the contrast between the dark trees and the luminous yellow sky. Because of its wide format, the painting resembles a panorama. It is one metre wide and 50 centimetres high. From June 1890 onwards, Van Gogh made a total of thirteen works with these dimensions. All but one are landscapes. He cut the canvases himself from a large roll.

The duvet cover can be washed at a temperature of up to 60 degrees, is suitable for the tumble dryer and can be ironed. Comes in ochre, yellow, green, blue, and orange colour tones.
