• If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any associated discount will also be cancelled.

Returns & Refund Adjustments

If part of your order is returned and the remaining eligible order subtotal no longer qualifies for the original discount tier, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the discount applicable to the remaining order value.
