The 48L Convection Oven brings flexible benchtop cooking to the kitchen. Its digital control panel combines adjustable temperature and time settings with upper and lower heating selection, convection, rotisserie and a built-in lamp. Ten preset menus cover Ferment, Defrost, Rotisserie, Cookies, Warm, Bread, Cake, Pizza, Dehydrate and Steak.
The 2000W oven uses four stainless-steel heating elements and offers four rack positions for different cooking arrangements. A single Low-E tempered glass window lets you view the interior, while the included enamel bake tray, chromed bake rack, tray handle and rotisserie set support a variety of oven tasks.
